1). The host has been screwed on metal base in factory. The host should be horizontally tied on the outside top of forklift frame using sheet iron and screws provided in case. The host should not be blocked by any metal objects, or it will affect the detected distance.
2). Connect the host to 12V-48V DC power supply of Forklift with “Power Input Cable” provided.
3). Connect to Alarm with cable provided.


1) Installation on safety helmet.
Stick the P-Tag on the helmet by using Velcro Tag, USB interface faces down. You may stick the P-Tag on either front, back, left, or right-hand side of the helmet. We suggest putting it on the left-hand side which may increase visibility for the host in most cases.

2) Installation on Vest.
Step 1: Put P-Tag on the surface of Vest, seepicture1.
Step 2: Put P-Tag Base Plate beneath Vest; align it with the P-Tag, see Picture2.
Step 3: Tighten two screws through the Vest and nuts, see picture3.


3) Battery charge.
Fully charge the battery before using it (takes around six hours).
The Tag LED will be off when it is fully charged. Re-charge the battery every TWO weeks if the tag usage is eight hours perday. The P-Tag LED will flash when the battery is low, indicating for re-charge.
